Linda and husband Jimmy (Senior Adult Leader) have been attending Rocky Knoll since 1966. This is the year they were married and moved to Greensboro.
In her position as Office Manager/Treasurer, Linda has to wear many hats. She is the one who keeps our church calendar updated and makes sure everyone is aware of upcoming events. One way she does this is through a bi-weekly newsletter.
As Treasurer Linda keeps up with all the financial records of the church. She maintains individual giving records. In addition, she prepares a financial report which she presents to the church at the monthly business meeting.
Linda worked in public accounting positions for many years. This prepared her for her current position at Rocky Knoll which she has held since 1995.
Linda loves spending time at home. She especially loves reading and crafts and often helps Jimmy with craft items for the Senior Adults. She delights in her four grandchildren and tries to be present for as many of their activities as possible.
